I'm going to post my notes on my day to day feelings and actions of " STARTING OVER". This site is going to be about a new future and how I go about attaining the goal of success from very little. This is not a doom and gloom site. Things happen! One person told me that when you are all the way down , you only have up to look.
You see, I was the owner of the biggest Health Food Business in....... It was a multi-million dollar Company. The local police decided that they wanted my business insurance policy. One Sargent had a stroke. His friend , the other Sargent falsified police records to say that He was working and took something from me...and falsified police records to that account.
At that time I just got out of the hospital from 2 surgeries. 1 had brain surgery and while I was In the hospital the doctors found cancer. I had cancer 2 weeks later and 2 weeks after that , I was set up on a false lawsuit so the cops could get my business insurance policy. I never carried the product they said I sold them. The police ( keystone cops) showed the product around ( an ephedrine product) so people would associate me with it. They tried to get me on criminal charges for this particular product. As it turned out, I never carried it.Back to the Sargent who had a stroke.....The other guys from the station would come and buy their products from my business. They saw that at the time I was bald with staples......( I was supposed to take a 6 month disability, but did not have anyone to run my business, so I was back 3 days later).
When the police saw the staples in my head, they tole me that that particular Sargent was running on his day off and and drinking coffee and had a stroke. Because his buddy falsified police records, he and his wife got away with $400,000 in workers comp fraud ( for being injured on the job....they then went on to change the name of the product to something I did carry, even though there was a paper trail a mile long.
I was on trial for 21 days. The head of the police department's lawyer convinced the jury that I injured this person. The judge would not allow 89% of the depositions because she was covering for the Chief of police, the assistant chief of police, 4 lutenients......(one who was on the news for allegedly killing his wife for her insurance policy) and 4 Sargent's. The minimum sentence for each police for falsifying police records is 10 years. The wife even confessed ..before the trial, but the judge said if I mentioned anything about INSURANCE, there would be a mistrial !!!!!! Well the whole thing was about racketeering and insurance.I'll talk more about this in later blogs. I'm tired for tonight. So see you tomorrow!
